Thank you' to JoAnn Wade for coming to the meeting to help us sort out some of the details for the cash bash. Kelly is going to talk to a printer regarding the tickets & I'm going to touch base with Joey Del.
We will need LOTS of volunteers to work this event! Please consider helping out!

I called Valley Printing and they are supposed to send me an quote via email. I will post when I get that!

Valley Printing came in at $36 for 400 tickets. Black ink on color stock.
We are going to go ahead with ordering these.

We officially booked Joey Del. I've been in touch with someone from Inco regarding alcohol.

Inco (Bill Newcomer) is booked to provide the alcohol. I am to call him 2 weeks prior to the event to discuss details/ amount of tickets sold.

I dropped of the box with order forms and tickets to the West Campus today. I will be leaving a box at McCort tonight with Mary Luna. Mrs. Podrasky will be at the PTO meeting and I will give her the box for the East Campus.
Deb is going to run copies of a flyer for the Cash Bash on color paper for me tomorrow (copier was down today). I will try and get with people to distribute some to hang around town.
I'm going to email Rose asking for the list of parish emails to get a blurb put in the area church bulletins. Probably starting next weekend.
